Cottage Garden Stitches, Complete Kit – Subscription
Enrollment is now closed Enrollment for this years subscription has now ended. Stitching will be taking place from August 2024 - July 2025. There will be news of when we will be opening up again for new subscribers in 2025. Thanks to everyone who is joining in The registration period for you to join in is open from now until Friday 19th July 2024 after which it will be closed and any new participants will need to wait until the project reopens again in 6 - 12 months. This design will not become available as a stand alone product therfore this is the only format this project will be available in either now or in the future. This is the Complete Kit format plus Digital PDF For this COMPLETE KIT option - the Printed Fabric and Threads are posted to you so you do not have to transfer the pattern yourself or worry about getting the exact colours. The PDF pattern will be uploaded each month to the Stitchdoodles studio for you to then download, print and follow the step by step instructions to complete the design on your printed fabric with your provided threads. The project runs from August 2024 to July 2025 The first subscription will ship at the latest on the 1st August 2024 depending on depending on the date you first signed up. Each 5 inch design is full of fun stitching and beautiful colours. The PDF's will be available at the Studio for as long as you require them. (subject to completing the full 12 months). Nicola started the company in 2019 after finding it difficult to find hand embroidery patterns that were exciting and a bit different from the usual. Wanting to combine her love of hand embroidery stitches, traditional sampler techniques as well as quilt designs(!) she decided to come up with something herself and it has evolved into an array of wonderful and colourful designs that will hopefully inspire and excite people to pick up a needle and get stitching.
Alongside the designing, Nicola is passionate about teaching others how to stitch her patterns and regularly holds stitch a longs on the blog to offer a more indepth look at some patterns and for a community of stitchers to enjoy coming together and creating a design they can all be proud of.
Nicola happily admits that hand embroidery has quite literally been a blessing in her life. No matter how busy you are with family, work and everything else that comes your way – you can always find a moment of ‘happy stitching’.

The patterns I received digitally are great and will lend themselves nicely to embroidering some bucket hats. I like the simplicity of the designs on the patterns. They can be embellished as much or as little as one pleases. Thank you for making your lovely ideas readily available to those of us who love to embroider.
All the Stitchdoodle designs are beautiful and the Cottage Garden is particularly attractive. Its clearly printed on high quality fabric and l cant wait to get started ! I am sure this project is going to be immensely satisfying but might not be able to wait until August though !!!!

The presentation of this embroidery kit was lovely, wrapped in soft tissue encased a a lovely box. Full colour instruction sheets and plenty of cotton.
This is one of my favourite stitching items I've bought so far this year. Such a cute design and quite a strong magnet to be attached to the project you are working on. A nice size too without being in the way of what you are working on. Love it.

This is now my go-to for patterns, inspiration and general feel good happiness you get before starting a new project. Nicola, the seller, is lovely and really cares for her designs and us, the buyer. I am new to embroidery and find some aspects of the pattern challenging but there are clear and helpful instructions. Five starts for the kit you get and the aftercare.
True to size, smooth wood and a good quality tightening **** that is so easy to use as it has a slot for a screwdriver or other implement that can be used to tighten/untighten it.
