PDF Orders

Make sure you store it:
The PDF download is not stored in your shopping account. Once purchased it is your responsibility to store the PDF for future use.

When you receive your order confirmation it is recommended that you download the PDF and save it to a location on your computer so you can access it whenever you want.

Having trouble with the Download?
If you are having difficulty downloading your PDF you can contact us for help within 30 days of purchase.

Lost your PDF Pattern or not saved it?
Unless there are extenuating circumstances that are out of your control, after 30 days we will not re send PDF pattern links. It is your responsibility to keep them safe.

How do you ship my order?

UK Orders: All orders are shipped by Royal Mail – options are given at checkout for 1st, 2nd or Tracked.

International Orders : All orders are shipped by Royal Mail, Fed Ex, DPD or DHL – some countries can only be shipped tracked and signed due to the higher risk of lost mail.

How is postage calculated?

All items are posted based on the weight of the item and are calculated to include packaging as well. If the item costs significantly less than you have paid once it is weighed you will be refunded the extra postage.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

How can I track my Item?

You will receive a notification of despatch once the item is posted.

Only items where you have paid for ‘tracked and signed’ can be tracked through the mail and you will be sent the tracking number with the despatch confirmation.

Do you accept Refunds?

I want you to be happy with your purchase – if there is a problem with your item, please contact me with the details, and a return/exchange will be discussed on an individual basis. Please contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Return items back within: 30 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of the item, I do not accept refunds on digital PDF’s. Return T&Cs apply.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
