Redemption Instructions
Spending Online
Simply visit the Stitchdoodles online shop and add your selected item(s) to the online basket. Proceed through to checkout, select your chosen method of delivery and then input your eGift Card payment. You can use the eGift Card as full or part payment, but please note only three eGift Cards can be used per transaction.
This gift card expires in 24 months.
Terms and Conditions
eGift Cards may be redeemed in full or part payment for goods at shop.stitchdoodles.com, including current promotional offers, at the prevailing prices listed. eGift Cards cannot be used for purchases made over the phone. eGift Cards cannot be used for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers. This eGift Card is not a credit, debit or cheque guarantee card, cannot be redeemed for cash. This will not affect your statutory rights. Please see expiry date on the eGift Card. Sttchdoodles reserve the right to decline or withdraw the eGift Card at any time. Treat this eGift Card like cash, Stitchdoodles cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged eGift Cards and they will not be replaced.
Subscription Box Terms
By Purchasing any Subscription Box product, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
- The pattern PDF is available in digital content only. You will
receive a notification via email when the first class is available, and then monthly thereafter. - Quarterly Subscribers please Note: You can cancel at any time however access to your dashboard with the patterns will only continue for 30 days after the last payment was taken and you will not be able to access the fabric book pattern pdf.
- Subscription Box Refunds: Refunds will not be given once payment has been taken.
- If the item is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I can resend it to the correct address, but you will need to cover the additional shipping cost. If the item is not returned, you will need to purchase a new one.
- We cannot send out a new kit or refund any orders sent to an incorrect address.
- We will not be held responsible for errors on the user end - incorrect addresses or failure to accept the delivery. We do not refund orders sent to incorrect addresses.
Embroidery Kits
Stitchdoodle kits come with all the Highest Quality materials you will need to complete the pictured design (apart from embroidery scissors), unless stated.
Optional Extra: You can choose to add on a Nurge Hoop for stitching the design if required.
PDF Patterns
The PDF download is not stored in your shopping account. When you receive your order confirmation it is recommended that you download the PDF and save it to a location on your computer so you can access it whenever you want. Once purchased it is your responsibility to store the PDF for future use.

Orders are posted within 1-4 working days. International shipping to Europe, USA and Rest Of The World. Delivery times vary depending on chosen postage method and tracking.

Manufacturing the boxes with recycled content and making them fully recyclable further supports the goal of sustainability.
