How do I change the currency?

Easy... we support many currencies to change this to a currency of your choice, scroll to the bottom of the page and select the currency you need from the options provided in the bottom left corner.

They are fully recyclable and manufactured in the UK when possibe.

Where can I buy the materials I need for my Pattern?

You can purchase Fabric, Hoops, Frames and many more items from the Stitchdoodles Shop.

How do I transfer the pattern to my fabric?

I have covered this subject extensively on the blog. For light fabric I recommend Tracing the design on with a Frixion Pen and for dark fabric a great choice is white carbon paper. (Both of these items can be purchased from Stitchdoodles.)

Shipping & returns

How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders are posted within 3 working days (not calendar days) - if an order is received after 5pm or on a weekend it is deemed to be received the next working day.

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your junk/spam email
box). I have no ability to track items sent using standard Royal Mail postage (only with 'Tracked and Signed' options) so am unable to respond to emails asking for delivery updates that aren't tracked.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you accept Refunds?

I gladly accept returns and exchanges, contact me within: 14 days of delivery. Return items back within: 30 days of delivery, please see T&Cs for refunds.

I don't accept cancellations. But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Perishable products
  • Digital downloads

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

Instant PDF Downloads

Your PDF download

The PDF download is not stored in your shopping account. Once purchased it is your responsibility to store the PDF for future use.

When you receive your order confirmation it is recommended that you download the PDF and save it to a location on your computer so you can access it whenever you want.

Having trouble with the Download?

If you are having difficulty downloading your PDF you can contact us for help within 30 days of purchase.

Lost your PDF Pattern or not saved it?

Unless there are extenuating circumstances that are out of your control, after 30 days we will not re send PDF pattern links. It is your responsibility to keep them safe.

For PDF Pattern's that are not connected to a physical item - the download link is emailed to you instantly after purchase.

PDF downloads attached to a physical item...

If you have ordered a pattern transfer, fabric panel or kit - the PDF pattern for these items is emailed to you within 24-48hrs after purchase.

This is really simple: You will need a PDF reader to be able to view the attached file. You can download a free reader for your computer here.
