The PDF download is not stored in your shopping account. When you receive your order confirmation it is recommended that you download the PDF and save it to a location on your computer so you can access it whenever you want. Once purchased it is your responsibility to store the PDF for future use.

Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. The item must be unused and in its original unopened packaging. Downloadable PDF patterns are non-returnable/refundable. To complete a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within a certain amount of days. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund.

A PDF (Portable Digital Format) - is a digital file that is sent to you via email - you click on the link to open the download/pattern. You can then save this to your computer or print out for future use. I suggest you download it and save it to your computer for easy access in the future.

All orders are posted within 3 working days (not calendar days) - if an order is received after 5pm or on a weekend it is deemed to be received the next working day.When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email (please check your junk/spam email box). I have no ability to track items sent using standard Royal Mail postage (only with 'Tracked and Signed' options) so am unable to respond to emails asking for delivery updates that aren't tracked.
