The Stitch Explorer Sampler is a new project starting 25th June 2023 over on the Stitchdoodles Blog.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a written pattern – it is a new sampler that has not even been completed yet. It will be a slow stitching project that I will be completing and you can follow along with me on the blog each week as often or as little as you like using whichever threads you have to hand.
This is a fun and exciting way to practice your hand embroidery stitches and enjoy playing around with different threads and techniques.
Samplers are a fantastic way for beginners to learn but actually great fun for all levels of stitchers - stitches are my favourite part of the whole process and they look beautiful when displayed in this way.
This listing is for the sampler template so you can download and print it or transfer it to the fabric yourself.
Finished size of Stitch Explorer Sampler is approx 8 x 8 inches.
In addition to the main Explorer sampler there are 2 smaller design templates provided to allow a bit of extra stitching along the way. These include:
1. 'Stitch Practice' Fabric Panel: ideal for beginners to help with practicing stitches with pre printed dots to be used as stitch guides. Size 6x7 inches.
2. Mini Alphabet Panel: Lower and uppercase letters are the prefect challenge for stitching lines and curves. This sampler helps you figure out which stitches work best for you with letters so you are all set when the perfect design comes along. Size 5x5 inches.
What you will get:

3 Full-Size Templates of the Hand Embroidery Designs provided in a PDF digital download.
I will be sharing the stitch tutorials for each stitch I choose on the blog from the 25th June. Feel free to complete it however you like and in your own time.
