Merry Little Stitches is the StitchDoodles Advent design for Christmas 2026, beginning 1st December 2026 in the StitchDoodles SAL Studio .

Each day, add another beautiful stitch to the Christmas tree as we work towards Christmas together. The finished tree features 25 different embroidery stitches , brought to life with a gorgeous selection of threads including sparkling speciality threads for a little extra festive magic.

This Complete Embroidery Kit contains the high-quality materials you need to stitch the design. The pattern is pre-printed onto beautiful 100% ivory cotton , so there is no transferring or tracing required – simply pop your fabric into your hoop and start stitching with us from 1st December.

The finished embroidery measures approximately 10 x 8 inches .

A Christmas Stitch Along

Merry Little Stitches is more than an embroidery kit – it is a daily Advent Stitch Along .

Starting on 1st December 2026 , the tutorials will be released through the StitchDoodles SAL Studio , guiding you through the design stitch by stitch.

Your kit includes information explaining how to access the Studio and get ready before the Stitch Along begins.

Each daily stitch guide is provided as a downloadable PDF , so you can either follow it online or print it at home.

Once released, you can stitch along each day or work through the project at your own pace.

Do I Need an Embroidery Hoop?

Merry Little Stitches can be comfortably stitched using a Nurge Plastic Square Hoop – Size No. 4 .

Optional Extra: Add a Nurge Square Hoop to your kit if you don't already have one.
